4 Week Self led program with accountability

I provide the progam and you follow!

4 week program is based on your needs, not cookie cutter or a one size fits all program.

email access to coach & weekly 15 minute check-ins via video or phone, if needed.

Also, a  45-60 minute re-evaluation in the last week to make any changes needed for the next 4 weeks.

Must be paid every 4 weeks to ensure program delivery. Does not auto renew.
